A perfect blend combining the flowing style of Vinyasa yoga with the holding, alignment focused style of Iyengar yoga. Nikki provides an active class increasing heat and energy flow through breath and movement and will also get to the depth of the poses by increasing stamina strength and deeper flexibility; holding and exploring proper alignment and form. The energy centers and connection to the 5 elements are also focused upon to add deeper awareness. This is a mixed abilities level class.

Need a mid-day energy boost and refocus?   Do you sit all day at work and need a break to elongate your spine?  This 45 minute "quickie"  is a great way to open up the body and mind for the rest of the day!

YIN YOGA

This restorative and relaxing class is the perfect compliment to the more muscular and dynamic (yang) styles of yoga. Yin yoga uses long holds of supported postures to release fascia.  Fascia is connective tissue that holds us together, surrounding muscles, attaching muscles to bones and bones to bones. This practice is very grounding and meditative. Excellent for any person or level of experience as props are utilized.

Chakra Flow

Connect breath and movement to find balance in your energy centers (chakras) with this blissful slow flow class. Release and let go at the end of your day.

Clear away the cobwebs and start your morning with focus on breath work (pranayama). Use the breath as an anchor and guide in this practice that will leave you feeling energized for your day.  Active and passive poses practiced.

Start your weekend with this playful, yet challenging class. Breath, movement, music and awareness combine to leave you feeling energized and empowered. Some yoga experience recommended.
